Andrew has been practicing in the field of Prosthetics and Orthotics for over 30 years, is certified by the American Board forCertification (ABC) in both Prosthetics and Orthotics, and has specialized in the management and control of forces applied to the human skeletal system as a result of congenital, traumatic, and otherwise acquired neurological abnormalities. His patient population consists of geriatric stroke, diabetic patients, and pediatric patients suffering from Cerebral palsy, Spina Bifida and Hemiplegia.
He has extensively researched the properties of materials of hi-tech composites, resins and polymers as they apply to the application and fabrication of Prosthetic and Orthotic appliances. Andrew has developed his own formula for Acrylic Modified Epoxy, a resin used in the P&O industry for 25 years, and has been developing and utilizing special Urethane pads to absorb and distribute force within appliances that must simultaneously accommodate bony and soft tissue structures as a result of extreme muscle imbalances.
Christopher is a personal trainer (ACE, BFS certified) and group fitness instructor since 2006. He played Division II Men’s Soccer at NYIT 2002-2006, is an avid cycler, trainer, and a high school soccer coach in New York City. Christopher played Semi-Pro Football with the NY Westchester Packers 2007-2010. He has been working with Men’s Fitness and the HumanFitProject 2012 – Present as a Fitness Consultant/Writer on general health and fitness as well as a designer of Social Media content. As an entrepreneur, Christopher holds 3 patents on fitness related IPs.
Christopher spends his days working as a high school business & technology teacher as well as an adjunct professor with Stevens-Henager College with the Graphic Arts program. Prior to teaching, Christopher worked in advertising as an art director, and is still an active marketing consultant (2005-Present). Christopher is on the Board of Editors for Goodheart-Willcox Publishing for their “Marketing Dynamics” textbooks.
